Dearest, darlingest friends & brunch clubbers,

its Christmas again…what joy, what fun! 

We are reflecting on all our brunch clubbers and friends, some of you are now no longer in HK, but still in our hearts (and in our email list!). Please keep in touch. We miss seeing you here in brunch club. You know who you are…hope you are all doing great, where ever you are.

Merry Christmas @ Brunch Club & Supper

another fab Dialog party comin ur way!

The previous party was a great success. Held at Brunch Club & Supper in Causeway Bay, the place was jammed packed and we had people fighting for bags. Everything was sold out. Drinks were flowing and the food was of course yum! 

Dialog, a clothing design company based in HK will be having another sale at Brunch Club. They will be featuring fab new bags & more Hope-tee shirts. Dialog works with micro businesses in Asia, proving that fashion & fair trade can go hand in hand. Also the Hopetees range raises funds for various charities.

New Yummylicious Dishes

Dear friends,

Yes, its been quite a few months since we’ve blogged, and boy what alot has happened. Our thoughts are with the people in Mumbai. On a lighter note, let us be reminded that at least the weather in HK has been perfect! We are also very pleased to give you an update on the new items on our menu…

We’ve got great new salads: 

1. Grilled chicken salad ($76) served with pineapples & peaches
2. Cold roast beef salad ($82) with Dijon mustard mayo and served with gherkins, roasted garlic, apples & avocados
3. Brunch Club salad ($108): A fantastic combination of the grilled chicken salad, roast beef salad, smoked salmon AND our classic Grilled French Goat’s Cheese salad 

Brand new sandwiches:

1. Brunch club croque-fromage ($68): homemade herb focaccia, blue cheese, Swiss gruyere & French Goat’s cheese all baked in the oven till the toast is crispy and the cheese all melted and gooey…yum!
2. Camembert & grape sandwich ($58) with crushed walnuts & honey. Great vegetarian dish & healthy!

Waffles with caramelized bananas & crushed walnuts

Improved French toast, crepes & pancakes! Enjoy thicker, fluffier pancakes, crispier crepes & French toast with additional new sweet & savoury flavours: 

1. Caramelized bananas & crushed walnuts ($58)
2. Caramelized peaches & grenadine ($58)
3. Minced lamb crepe ($86) in fresh tomato sauce topped with fresh basil & yoghurt. Also available as a pasta
4. Goat’s cheese, leek & potato crepe ($76), which is also available as a pasta or risotto 

Wine platter

New wine platter ($128): assorted cheeses, walnuts, dried fruits, olives, salami, parma ham & chorizo 

Also back on the menu are our scrambled eggs & omelettes with leeks, for all you leek fans out there.
